L'hôtel est très bien placé proche d'une station de métro qui conduit au centre ville. A côté du passage du tramway 28. Dans la rue, boulangerie et restaurant à proximité, très pratique. Si je devais revenir à Lisbonne je reprendrai le même hôtel : propre, silencieux, agréable.

Check in was warm and friendly. Was told about the chocolates and bubbles with the room booking. Both were nice but wished there were a couple more chocoolates. The room was clean and inviting, with a nice balcony and view. View from top floor terrance was also lovely.

I had a very good time in Lisbon city hotel. I will come again in my next stay in Lisbon. Lorenzo

Good value for money.

The hotel and the stuff were really nice. The location is good, it is close enough to historical part of the city. The only ¨negative¨ comment would be that when we came into the hotel there were no maps of the city available, and there was no explanation of that. Overall, I left happy, I would come back to the hotel and I would recommend it. The receptions was really friendly and nice.

My wife and her sister stayed here last year. When my wife and myself came to lisbon this year we made this our choice. Close to center, reasonable price made it our choice. If we return to lisbon will stay here again

This hotel is 2 metro stops away from the head of Lisbon. Metro is literally 50 steps away from front door. Staff very welcoming and friendly , room clean , neat and orderly. Don't bother paying for breakfast , pay half the price at places right nearby. Price was right too !

Bonjour, la situation de l'hôtel est correcte, mais la proximité avec un centre social nuit à la tranquillité des voyageurs. Je comprends la précarité, mais rencontrer des personnes qui crachent ou qui urinent dans la station de métro n'est pas agréable de bon matin. Le système de réservation ne m'a pas permis de comprendre que je réservais sans petit déjeuner, je n'ai pas eu la possibilité de changer mon offre ce qui entraîner un surcout du séjour. Le WIFI n'offre pas un débit régulier est constant, ce qui est navrant en 2016.Globalement, je suis satisfait des prestations proposées par l'hôtel. Bonne journée. Bien à vous.

Buon hotel, pulito, confortevole, in zona limitrofa al centro, con tutti i servizi essenziali e a buon prezzo.

É com muito agrado que fico várias vezes neste hotel. No entanto, desta vez o ar condicionado nao funcionava correctamente, algo que espero que venha a ser solucionado na próxima vez.

Nice stay , quiet room, comfortable bed. Just surprised we did not have the bigger bathroom. Will probably come back . By the way , safe area, with great seafood restaurant .

Unfortunately, on arrival in the room safe was broken. The next day it was repaired. Thank you staff for efficiency.

Good hotel, clean quiet room, friendly staff. Near the center, 15 minutes walk. Fine restaurants and shops in the direct neighbourhood. Rich breakfast with a lot of choice. We would go there again when we go to Lisboa.

This was a perfect base for our midweek trip in lisabon. Its ideal location from the public transport ,local restaurants and city center was also a blueprint. The staff were also helpful in providing information .

Well suited for a short city trip. The size of the rooms is adequate. Count 12-15 minutes walking distance to the centre (or Roxio). Use M° Intendente.

Very pleasant spacious room and complete breakfast. The only problem would be can be the noise of cars harm.

Very good location for Metro and Tram/Trolly. Staff was very helpful. Very good breakfast. Good wi-fi...a bit slow during peak usage time. We had a corner room w/ large balcony overlooking the small park across the street. One superb seafood restaurant within easy walking. Get ready to stand in-line on Fri. and Sat. No reservations. Nice Italian diagonally across the corner. Excellent cream-of-tomato soup for a cool evening.

Had a really lovely stay. My only complaint is that I left two postcards with the receptionist at the front desk as he said he would post them for me and neither have arrived still so can only presume he forgot.

Very good accomodation to stay a few days in Lisbon. Just a few metres to a Metro-station and close to the city-centre. The city ist wonderful!

As you can see from my star rating, we were pleased we chose to stay at Lisbon City Hotel and could not fault it in any way. The staff were particularly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent.

I already posted a positive review on Trip Advisor. A special mention to David, but all the staff was helpful and friendly. The only minus are rooms, a bit too small. But they are clean!

everything was perfetct. The staff was very nice. The room was clean and even if it was on the streetside there was no noise in the night.

Room was a bit small with no balcony, but it served our purposes. Elevator and substantial, delicious breakfast were two definite advantages.
